About the Founder
Organizations are complex because people, relationships and history are interconnected. My work helps leaders and organizations make sense of that complexity through a combination of practical HR expertise and a systemic perspective.
My goal is to help organizations create greater clarity, stronger collaboration and more intentional ways of working.
The Perspective Behind Ombú
Sofía Muniz
Founder & Systemic HR Partner
Ombú was born from the integration of two fields that are often treated separately: Human Resources and Systemic Work.
Over the last 15 years, Sofía has worked across multinational companies, startups, international recruitment projects, and family enterprises, supporting leaders and teams through growth, change, and organizational transitions.
Throughout those experiences, one question remained constant:
Why do certain organizational challenges persist, even when structures, processes, or people change?
That question led to a deeper exploration of system dynamics and organizational constellations, complementing a foundation in psychology and HR with a broader understanding of how organizations function as interconnected systems.
Today, Sofía combines practical HR expertise with a systemic perspective to help leaders navigate growth, transitions, and organizational challenges with greater clarity.
She is currently completing her training in System Dynamics in Organizations at the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.
