Sofia Muniz is an international systemic HR consultant and organizational advisor with over a decade of experience supporting organizations, leaders, and family enterprises across multiple countries.
She specializes in systemic HR, leadership development, recruitment, and organizational dynamics, bringing a clear and grounded perspective to complex people challenges.
She is currently training as a systemic facilitator for organizations at the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands, deepening her expertise in system dynamics and organizational constellations.
Through Ombú, Sofia partners closely with founders, executives, and teams to strengthen structure, communication, and decision-making. Her work combines strategic HR expertise with systemic insight to help organizations grow with clarity, alignment, and healthier leadership practices.
