During my career as HR partner in multinational organizations, I had the amazing opportunity of working with all kinds of people; from top management to junior starters, leaders, managers, contributors, local teams, remote teams, with international and local mindsets, confident and insecure workers; and learnt that the HR function will only succeed if it has the ability to adapt and the flexibility to connect with the diversity across organizations. This is just a sample of the world and HR is no more, no less than the facilitator between the business and its main resource, their people.

The most important learning is understanding that the HR tools should not only be within the HR department and that the smartest and most sustainable approach is the one that grows HR mindset and skills among teams, leaders, managers and contributors. That is the strongest way of ensuring the HR perspective to keep alive.

At Ombú Consulting, we aim to be a partner to empower the HR toolkits of HR and non-HR people. To grow Ombú trees all over the organizations, with wisdom, strength, flexibility and strong roots that are well integrated where they stand. Combining our own toolkit, integrated by Systemic Psychology, Family Constellations and international HR experience in multinational settings, we want to expand our experience by sharing our learnings and contribute to the development of people and organizations arround the world.
