The Perspective Behind Ombú
Sofía Muniz
Founder & Systemic HR Partner
Ombú was born from the integration of two fields that are often treated separately: Human Resources and Systemic Work.
Over the last 15 years, Sofía has worked across multinational companies, startups, international recruitment projects, and family enterprises. Throughout these experiences, one question became increasingly important:
What are the underlying dynamics shaping what we see in organizations?
That question led to a deeper exploration of system dynamics, complementing her foundation in psychology and experience in Human Resources with a broader understanding of organizations as interconnected, living systems.
Sofía is a Systemic Facilitator and has completed the International Training in System Dynamics in Organizations at the Bert Hellinger Instituut Netherlands, deepening her practice in systemic organizational work and organizational constellations.
Today, through Ombú, Sofía supports leaders, teams, and organizations in addressing their diverse challenges and needs, bringing a broader perspective that considers both practical aspects and the underlying dynamics that influence how organizations function.
