Organizations are complex because people, relationships, structures, and history are interconnected. My work begins with understanding that complexity and broadening the perspective on the challenges leaders, teams, and organizations face.
I combine practical Human Resources experience with a systemic perspective to support organizations in navigating their challenges and evolution, bringing greater clarity, strengthening collaboration, and helping build more intentional ways of working.
The Perspective Behind Ombú

Founder & Systemic HR Partner
Ombú was born from the integration of two fields that are often treated separately: Human Resources and Systemic Work.
Over the last 15 years, Sofía has worked across multinational companies, startups, international recruitment projects, and family enterprises, supporting leaders and teams through growth, change, and organizational transitions.
Throughout these experiences, one question became increasingly important:
What are the underlying dynamics shaping what we see in organizations?
That question led to a deeper exploration of system dynamics and organizational constellations, complementing a foundation in psychology and HR with a broader understanding of how organizations function as interconnected systems.
Today, Sofía combines practical HR expertise with a systemic perspective to help leaders navigate growth, transitions, and organizational challenges with greater clarity.
She is currently completing her training in System Dynamics in Organizations at the Bert Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands.
